Baby New Year!

I have had the priviledge to photograph some very sweet little ones. What fun they are! Not quite as cooperative as the older kiddos but much more stationary than the 2 and 3 year olds. Whatever age and whatever mood, the personalities of these little ones is evident!

Perfect Unique Holiday Gifts from Cielo Roth Photography

Last year I started thinking about offering cool photo products.
I searched around for something unique and found custom photo charm necklaces.
There were tutorials on how to make them. I contemplated a trip to Michael's.
Then I wised up. I am a photographer not a crafty handmaking kind of gal.

So I searched Etsy for a local company selling custom charms and found Whimsical Charms.
I emailed a message to the owner and soon after met up with Laura.
She is a charmer herself and very talented and we entered into working with each other.
I became a reseller of her handiwork using my own work to produce fantatic
 and unique gifts for my clients. I wear my sample all the time and my husband
has his bottle cap keychain on his keyring at all times.
I purchased gifts for my sister, mom, mother in law, etc, etc last year
and they all adore their gifts. Clients who have ordered necklaces get
compliments everytime they wear their necklaces.

They are each handmade. Printed copy of the photograph adhered to a tile:
Domino tile, scrabble piece tile, circle or rectangle glass tile.

Black and White "ONE" Portraits

"A" just turned 1 so she, her mama and I headed over to El Dorado Park in Long Beach (near the duck pond) to eat leaves, say "oh yeah" and show off those growing pearly whites. 

I shot in color and decided a softer rather than vibrant look was needed but I really love black and white. I miss shooting with grainy film and being in the darkroom until all hours of the night instead of on the computer all hours of the night. 

Little "A" super is a sweet little gal, the youngest of three. 

Love to get my cuddles in with these little ones!
